What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON MEN’S BELTS, MEN’S SHOES, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, HANDBAGS AND SALE MERCHANDISE.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee which includes shoe boxes.

Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

If Items are postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit.

Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense.

Your credit card on file will be charged.

Eyeoftheneedleinc.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.


How do I make a return or exchange?

Include the original invoice (or copy) .

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Please note: A $6.00 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of the items you are exchanging. For international exchanges you will be required to pay the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Shipping guidelines
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays. Your merchandise will be shipped right away pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day (Monday).


Shipping restrictions
We cannot ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses via UPS. We do not offer Saturday delivery. UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.

Domestic shipping methods

Shipping costs and other methods are shown on the checkout screen of the website. We ship all domestic orders via UPS. We cannot be held responsible for refusal of packages. Tracking is available on all UPS shipping services.
